SERVICE / MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
Keep the website useful after launch.
A slow page, broken link or deployment problem does not always need a rebuild. I review the existing setup, identify a useful fix and agree on the support you actually need.
Fix the constraint before replacing the site
Share the URL, what is failing, hosting and recent changes. I check whether the issue is content, browser behavior, deployment or infrastructure. That review determines whether a focused change is enough or a rebuild should be considered.
Support we can agree on
- Content and layout changes within a supported stack.
- Broken-link, metadata and responsive-layout fixes.
- Image and delivery performance checks with measured findings.
- Cloudflare, DNS, Linux or Docker troubleshooting where relevant.
Backup and rollback, access, update responsibilities and support windows must be agreed. This is not a 24/7 incident-response promise or a claim to support every CMS and plugin.
Evidence: this portfolio and its infrastructure
This portfolio has static bilingual pages, canonical metadata, Cloudflare routing and a separate Ana integration. Its public source shows how those pieces fit. SmartVehicle also demonstrates Linux services and Docker boundaries, rather than a website support contract.
Review, fix, verify, hand over
We document the issue and agreed change before modifying the site. Where possible, you review a preview before release. Mobile and desktop checks and a rollback route help make the change reviewable. You receive a record of work and remaining limitations.
I work remotely with clients in Serbia and internationally. You work directly with me, in English or Serbian. Scope, review points and support are agreed before development.
One fix or ongoing maintenance?
Either can be discussed after reviewing the stack. Recurring work, response windows, third-party costs and exclusions should be explicit. I do not publish a fixed monthly package or recovery deadline without understanding your site.
Send the URL and the problem
Send the goal, what you already have and any constraints. I review the fit before we agree on scope, price and timing. Small, clearly scoped projects are welcome to discuss.
