SERVICE / AI INTEGRATIONS
Give AI a defined job, with clear boundaries.
A useful AI feature starts with a question or repetitive step people actually face. I integrate assistants and model APIs into an agreed workflow, with a route back to a human.
Start with the repetitive step
Repeated service questions, finding approved information or drafting a response can be candidates for an assistant. A deterministic API integration may be better for structured transfers. We choose the approach after examining real examples.
What an integration includes
- An interface and model/API connection for the agreed task.
- Defined knowledge, limits and escalation to a person.
- Server-side credentials, validation and abuse controls.
- Test examples, error states and operating-cost discussion.
External writes, private data and authenticated actions need separate design and approval. They are not implied by a chat box. Third-party model fees and support are discussed in the scope.
Evidence: Ana, the public AI secretary
Ana answers questions about my public projects and services through a separate Cloudflare Worker. She demonstrates curated knowledge, a browser interface and conversational boundaries. Ana does not send email, schedule meetings or modify external systems.
Test usefulness before expanding
We agree on sample questions, acceptable answers and where human review is required. A focused prototype lets you inspect behavior before a broader rollout. Outputs can be imperfect, so a fallback is part of the product.
I work remotely with clients in Serbia and internationally. You work directly with me, in English or Serbian. Scope, review points and support are agreed before development.
Does the workflow need AI?
Not every automation needs a language model. For a reliable transfer between documented APIs, ordinary code may be simpler to operate. I assess that fit; I do not claim ERP expertise or guaranteed business savings without project evidence.

Send the goal, what you already have and any constraints. I review the fit before we agree on scope, price and timing. Small, clearly scoped projects are welcome to discuss.
