When custom development makes sense

An internal tool can organize information, connect APIs or remove repeated data entry. First we compare an existing product, a small integration and a custom build. A new application is useful only if it solves the actual constraint.

What we can build

• A scoped prototype, testable release and source handover.

Access control, data handling, deployment and maintenance belong in the agreed specification. A prototype is not automatically ready for sensitive data or critical operations.

Class Timetable demonstrates rotating schedules, local reminders and explicit backup across platforms. SmartVehicle connects a native Android interface to a separate Raspberry Pi backend. These are engineering examples, not claims about client revenue.

A useful first release

We map users, inputs, outputs and integrations, then choose the smallest useful release. You inspect working software at agreed checkpoints. Features, ownership and maintenance are documented before handover.

I work remotely with clients in Serbia and internationally. You work directly with me, in English or Serbian. Scope, review points and support are agreed before development.

Before choosing a stack

No technical specification is needed for the first conversation. Describe who uses the tool and where the current process fails. Existing code needs review before I confirm fit. Price and timing depend on that scope, not a fixed promise.
